2. Can I give my customer receipts?

Many customers often crunch up their receipts and throw them in the bin. With AirPOS, we ensure that your customers will receive a digital receipt via SMS or Email. Never lose a receipt again!

3. How long does it take for me to receive money into my bank account?

At 11pm, all of your daily transactions would be scheduled to deposit into your bank account in 2-3 working days. This is called an auto-settlement process allowing us to clear your approved transactions during the day and deposit your daily sales into your company’s bank account.

4. What happens if I lose the device?

Don’t worry you can always purchase another AirPOS and none of the transaction history will be lost. Back to business as usual!

5. Refunds?

a. Accidents happen, charge a wrong amount or double charged a customer (before 11pm)?
Solution: Insert the customer’s card into the AirPOS device and VOID the transaction.
b. After 11pm, your daily transaction history is cleared and you won’t be able to VOID the transaction.
Solution: Don’t worry you will still have a list of your transaction records online and if there are any errors such as a wrong amount or double charge, you could always call our 24/7 Helpdesk Hotline who will help you refund the customer.
Chargeback / Charges: 1.8% (Credit Card transaction), 1.0% (Debit Card transaction). This
is a standard procedure in the payment industry known as chargeback and this happens very rarely compared to online payments since there is less risk when you ask your customers in person for their credit/debit card and check the amount before payment.

7. How soon can I get my device?

Registration would usually take between 2-5 working days (depending on your business documents). Once your application has been approved, it will take 10-14 working
days for us to deliver to you. Register early! Accept Credit & ATM card as fast as possible.
